Patriotic Mossy Door
I've combined my love of Moss, printables, empty frames and door decorating all into one! I'm a firm believer is shopping your own home for ideas. Using printables is an easy and inexpensive way to add a theme to any decor.
My finished project using found items and sheet moss.
I used sheet moss found at Lowe's and an old wood frame. The sheet moss I found was in larger clumps and held together better.
I applied a large amount of craft glue, then actually spread the glue with a paint brush. I would do a small section, then press on large chunks of moss working my way around. I allowed 24 hours to dry before hanging.
My husband planted petunias in planters I had set aside for goodwill, but I guess they'll have one more year! With proves, it doesn't have to be perfect to be pretty!
