Storage for multiple sets of collections of china dishes. Plate rails

Small eating area (dinning room) in great room floor plan. Needing china buffet and hutch ideas. only available wall is 39.5" width by 14" depth by cathedral ceilng. Ideas please.

Individual 3" - 5" Mantels attached to the wall like they would be if over a fireplace. The same width and depth as your space. Each mantel holds a collection with room to grow. Top mantel holds Tall floral arrangement or statue or something that fits your decor.
