Great post. Your pictures are lovely. Our room is a casual living room open floor plan. I only have a decorative bowl on it. :( Any ideas on what to add with the bowl?

@sabrinaquairoli I'm a huge fan of filling bowls/jars with seashells if you have them. You can pic up a few bags online or at a craft store. Or you can vacation at this beach this summer ;) I use shells year round but it's a great touch for summer. It adds a touch of nature with out having to bring in plant life that need to be watered and cared for. Or add some faux lemons to that bowl for a pop of color. Add some large coffee table books under the bowl to create height with a candle or candle stick next to it and you have your first grouping! With an open floor plan you can probably go big with your accessories, you don't want anything too little.
