Tomato Plant covered in webs - What is it?

I have ONE Sungold cherry tomato plant that has been attacked. Leaves are yellow and there are small delicate spider webs ON TOP and between the leaves (not under the leaves like spider mites). Can the plant recover with treatment or is it history?
You can barely see the spider web. It stretches between the leaves on top.
Overall condition of the plant is bleak but has a lot of fruit on it which tastes excellent.
