Can this be repaired? Large burn mark on table top

I have a very old small kitchen table with wooden legs and a metal top ( maybe enamel?). It has a pretty big burn caused by using a portable charcoal grill on it. The metal itself has not been distorted. Can that be repaired?

Maybe Ruseloum or Krylon spray top over spray primer??

I have no idea what to tell you to try for removing the "stain". but there are so many amazing products for covering it up. Paint is a great one. There is even textured paint.
