New Flowers and Landscaping Vignette

Each year I like to add a few new plants to my yard. For several years I have had my eye on this gorgeous hydrangea bush and I finally broke down and bought one. I also added a birdbath vignette with some new perennials that will be blooming soon!
Annabelle Hydrangea. (perennial) Bush will grow to about 4ft x 4ft and produce lots of these large white blooms. These hydrangeas are perfect for preserving and make beautiful flower arrangements! Loves partly sunny or spotty sun throughout the day.
Hardy Geranium. (Perennial) Will mound into about a 2 to 3 foot mount and will bloom purple/pink flowers all over. Loves full sun.
Brown Eyed Susan. (perennial) Will spread over time and will bloom yellow flowers with brown centers similar to a sun flower. Loves full sun. Hop on over to see more flowers and pictures:http://decoratedchaos.blogspot.com/2014/06/new-flowers-and-landscaping.html

Annabelle is a great choice for northern gardeners who want to have hydrangeas, as it is hardy to zone 3. And before anyone asks, you cannot make it pink or blue. They are always white.
  • Your are correct Douglas, but I did see a special pink annabell at Lowe's. Its a special version for breast cancer awareness. I also have an endless summer hydrangea but it hasn't bloomed yet. I believe you can change the endless summer to pink or blue....for those who want to change the color.
