Have noticed my mustards greens have white spots. Is this a fungus.

We have had lots of rain and high temps so not sure if these spots are related to this issue. But afraid to eat the greens.attached is a before and after photo.would appreciate your help please. My garden is Qrganic.

    Are there bumps on the under sides of the leaves? If so, that looks like white rust to me, and I believe it renders the leaves inedible.

    Thanks for the answers Douglass , but I'm still hoping for more ideas. No it's not rust, it's white powder patches which is why I thought it was a fungus. I applied Neem oil but because of more rain I suppose I defeated my purpose. Thanks again will take a picture of the leaf.

    I'd try a good blast of water first, making sure to get the undersides of the leaves, and if that doesn't improve things then a commercial insecticidal soap.
