DIY Burlap Banner for Any Occasion
A banner says party, right? I love having a banner on hand and burlap is perfect for any occasion! I've made one with removable decorations so it can be used for birthdays, showers or just as festive decor for the season!
Determine the size of your pennant and cut out a template. I like to use stiff cardboard.
I'm using this banner for Memorial Day and Fourth of July, so I cut stars out of cute patriotic scrapbook paper.
There are a few ways to adhere the cutouts. I like Aileen's Tacky Spray or large glue dots. Either way, press the cutout into the burlap for a few seconds to set. It will be removable later!
