I love tucking surprises in my garden. They create interest and evoke curiosity. This is just a small sampling of what I have to share on my blog.

An old apple ladder is planted with a Jacman Clematis.
An old mailbox is handy for holding my garden tools.
A rustic piece of fence and a watering can.
birdhouse on an old porch pillar.
Concrete mushrooms.
An old push mower is buried amongst blooms.

So sweet! I especially love the birdhouse on the old chipped porch pillar.

Will def add a watering can to my garden this year, using a garden stake like you did...I have one already with this can's name on it ;) Also have a 4 ft. really rustic (white peeling) step ladder for displaying my green wizardry..scored it for $5 at a yard sale...yay me! :) Love all of your ideas! <3

Thanks for your sweetness Karen. Nothing quite as fun as junk in the garden. :)
