How to Easily Tackle Large Staining Projects

When we started working on our screened-in porch, we realized that the dog was determined to tear down the screening. After she destroyed the screen twice, we put up lattice around the outside, bottom half of the porch. And then I didn't touch it for a few years. Needless to say, it was in desperate need of a stain job.
I was absolutely dreading staining the lattice. There are all those nooks and crannies, plus we had a lot of it.
This is what the lattice looked like before. You can see a peak of the new deck that is also freshly stained. It was making the lattice look a million times worse.
Since this was such a big job, I used the HomeRight Heavy Duty Paint / Stain Sprayer.
I propped the lattice against trees in the backyard so that I could easily get both sides of the lattice. It took about thirty minutes to stain three large pieces and three medium sized pieces.
By the end of the day, the lattice was dry and put back up.
You can get more details on the sprayer and enter to win one of your own on my blog.
