From Boring to Beautiful!!
I'm not a fan of the golden oak color. I felt it made my bathroom boring.
I love rich dark colors! Notice how I added rope trim and bun feet to make it look more like a piece of furniture.
I just love the transformation!

What about gluing the frame onto the mirror after staining the inside so that the light color of the frame doesn't show through ?

They sell mirrored beveling in lengths. Designers and mirror companies can cut a slice for you. I love what you did!
