An overhead projector would be ideal, although most don't happen to have one of those around! A photo editing program to blow it up and print it in pieces as a stencil, or develop your artistic skills!

I have this saying in my laundry room. Mine is actually just a vinyl that I had made and rubbed on.

Cute! I've done transfers by using the website http://www.blockposters.com to enlarge them onto paper, then I use carbon paper to trace the outline and then I paint inside the traced lines with a small, thin paintbrush. There are other ways but that was the least expensive for me.
