Doris Hare on Jun 30, 2014Agreed it does look like a horseradish leave. I would dig it up and check the root system to determine what it looks like. The reason I make this recommendation is that if it is horseradish you will want to isolate it in your garden as it is a prolific grower and will fast overtake your rhubarb as well as other garden plants. My mother had her own horseradish patch surrounded by cinder blocks to keep it from overtaking the rest of the garden.Helpful Reply

Jean Glaser on Jun 30, 2014Hi Kimberly, I have not but I do know the root is really hard and you want be careful not to cut yourself, also if using a food processor you may want to do it outside, the smell is very strong and can burn your eyes.Helpful Reply
