Directions on Making a 4th of July Decoration
I bought a cute 4th of july decoration at a craft fair. The person used star shaped, multicolored lights,blue garland,glue and a 7.5 " tall red bucket. I am trying to find the directions on how to remake this for a family member

Can you post a pic of the decoration that you would like to remake? If I can see it I can usually tell you how to make it.
