Bathroom vanity redo

I have painted the walls and ceiling in my bathroom white as it is a very small bathroom. My floors are vinyl press and stick chocolate with a slate grey running through them like marbling. My vanity is 90's "oak" I wanted to paint it but don't know about painting it white with all the other white in the room. What is your suggestion?

Charcoal grey to match the marbleing.

I'd pick up on one of the colors in the tile....with white walls, I wouldn't paint it white.

Small bathroom keep it light - but not white. right now I am into grey tones. Think the entire cabinet in charcoal grey would be a bi to much, the cabinet is probably the largest pice in the room. A very light grey and if the doors have detail, the charcoal to add a pop would look awesome.

Sounds great and was thinking of this. Already have the paint and primer.

Grey in a lighter shade of the grey in the flooring.

I would also do a dark charcoal gray or black. Maybe do a little distressing and sand edges.

Sorry to all the DIYers out there but I hate the distressed antique look. I grew up with others hand me downs. Now if I change it I want it to look new.lol

Hmmm...if your floor is chocolate, an espresso paint on the cabinet would probably be my choice. Would tone down that countertop a bit. I like gray, but make sure it's the right gray or the whole thing could start looking way too busy...brown floor, rusty counter, white walls. A gray cabinet could look out of place if not the right gray. If you do the vanity in gray, then I'd reconsider doing the walls in a lighter gray to pull things together. But honestly, I think an espresso paint on the cabinet would probably work better.

The charcoal gray would be lovely.

take your lightest color the chocolate and find a wood stain that is one shade lighter to stain your wood vanity.

I don't know how stain would work. The cabinet is not real wood. One side is like paneling.

you could just use a primer and paint then.

Go to the paint store and get several paint samples and lay them on the floor. This way you know ahead what clashes and what doesn't.
