DIY Laundry Care Art

Most of our clothes are pretty easy when it comes to washing. But there are times when I'm washing something new or rarely worn and have to refer to the laundry care tag. I stare it the symbols trying to remember, "is one dot for cold or hot?"
So, I literally gasped in excitement when I found this printable laundry care chart online. I decided to print it and turn it into simple, industrial art for the laundry room.
Gather your supplies: Mod Podge or other craft glue, foam brush, clipboard and free printable. Click on the blog post link below to print your free laundry care chart.
After brushing some glue on the clipboard, gradually lay the chart in place from top to bottom. Then, use a plastic card or brayer to roll out bubbles.
Seal the entire board with a thin coat of Mod Podge. This should keep the page from curling up from moisture in the laundry room.
Hang your new art in a convenient place in the laundry room.

I chose to keep my art simple, but you can paint the clipboard, add a label to the clip...make your laundry care art as fancy as you wish.
So, the next time I read a tag, I can easily refer to the chart to find out what a square with a circle inside of it means.
