Gardening: Does anyone know what this is

Ordered this "cherry hedge" from an online source. This arrived today. Looks nothing like the picture on their website. Truly disappointed!

I don't know if this will make a difference but I have ordered "beautiful red maple trees" ...»
with descriptions I would have a lage tree soon. GREAT! I received 6 bare, thought were dead STICKS in an ENVELOPE. They are the most beautiful red maple you have every seen. I just stuck them in the GROUND, not pot and now They are HUGE, so these little things we get in the mail will look nothing like what our plant, tree, etc will even begin to look like. Try it, got nothing to loose, except a beautiful hedge.

Here is what you can do with a mostly shady backyard. Get rid of the grass and make it a place to enjoy.

Here is what can be done with a typical backyard, where the grass struggles to survive. There was the sloped section that was covered with pinestraw. The existing plants were the ...»

This is a must for moss, hostas, outdoor ferns, they will love the shady spot. Filling in with ...»
impatients, will add so much color and with the shade they won't shrivel up when the hot sun hits them. There are so many colors, you can go with a theme or just go all colors. Beatiful place for a concrete water fountain, maybe an angel etc. You have made a gorgeous shady meditation spot. ENJOY!!!!!

  • Before (red paint felt very congesting-making the home feel older and dirty) 3
  • After (we live in Florida, so I chose a happy color to help brighten the room & tiled the top portion of the fireplace) ..we have plans to continue renovating, but our immediate concern is the large "hole" in the room :) 22

Some f your crystall displayed with the lighting would add a litle sparkle with some interesting something on the hearth of the fireplace. Looks better without that dark walll!!!!!

I have taupe, and it is so elegant. You can do so much with it. Between your two colors you ...»
would feel totally closed in with the salmon color, also limited on colors. You want the best of both worlds, pain it taupe with salmon curtains, chair pillows and a pretty salmon centerpiece for you table. Also lay placemats out in salmon. So I say use both colors.
