Flooring: WHY ARE MY HARDWOOD FLOORS CUPPING?

    My husband and I installed the flooring following the manufacturers instructions to a "T". ...»
    The crawlspace area is so dry, there are actual small cracks in the dirt. We are in Northern California, so humidity isn't an issue. We purchased the flooring from Simple Floors, it is a prefinished rosewood. In researching this company someone else had the same issue, they were told that it would cost $400.00 for them to send someone out to look at it. I'll post some pics next week.
