Design & Décor: I've got an old 1970's home with lots of paneling.

Is it easier to paint over it or risk what you will find if you tear it out. I'm talking paneling in the dining room, living room, bedrooms, halls, it's everywhere.

    else decide whether paneling stays, gets painted, or ripped out.
