If the tile joints are 1/8th inch or wider, go with the sanded grout. It has better durability. Any smaller seam than that and it can be tough to get the grout in there. When you are all done and things are dry, I suggest using a tile/grout sealer on it, make sure you choose a sealer that is rated for the type of tile you used.
