I Couldn't Leave Well Enough Alone
I really needed a makeover of my desk area and was so inspired by a few Kate Spade designs, so I have been on a roll doing a copy-cat version of some of her accessories.
I have been busy painting everything in sight gold. I love how it adds so much class and sparkle to everyday items. So I needed to redo a few more things for my desk.
I gold leafed a some stripes to dress up a couple of little goodwill finds. Perfect to hold my gold paperclips. Of course I had to spray some of my butterfly clips gold too.
Since I have a gold stapler too, then I thought my tape dispenser needed some gold. This is totally fun.
I think I am finished now. I love the gold, black and white and of course the dots and stripes. This is a much more inviting place to work now. You can see it all and how I redid everything on my post.
