How To Make Glass Fishing Floats With Clear Glass Christmas Ornaments

$15
Easy
You see them everywhere - beautiful blue and green glass fishing floats - but they're expensive! Here's an easy and inexpensive way to make some for yourself. They're perfect for a summer display.
Instructions for Making Clear Glass Fishing Floats
Materials Needed: clear glass Christmas ornaments, Mod Podge, a funnel and blue and green food coloring
It's a child friendly craft! Mixing the ingredients.
Swishing the mixture around inside of the ornaments.
All done - waiting for them to dry.
A closeup reveals that these look very much like real vintage floats, but at a much more reasonable price.
The finished product. A driftwood bowl filled with diy glass fishing floats.
