Does anyone know what kind of shrubs these are? I recently bought my home and these were here. I would like to find out what they are so I can find out how and when to trim them back. Thanks!

If it blooms trim back after the blooms stops then trim

These are "Gold Mound Spirea....I have two.

Marie, I think you are correct that is it Gold Mound and not Mellow Yellow (Ogon).

Agreed, it seems to be gold mound spirea. I have a few in my own yard.
