Our Deck is All Decked Out
I wish we had a screened in porch instead of a deck but we don't- sigh. Someday, I will figure it out but for now, I am loving our deck.
I shopped our house to accessorize and I can honestly say that I love our deck now. Our deck feels like an outdoor living room.
We made the stars from vintage rulers that I have been collecting from garage sales. I say we because they are harder than they look to make. It took three of us, but they are so cute, it was worth it.
I filled an old lamp with sea shells and added a solar landscaping light to make an outdoor light. I covered the shade with landscaping burlap from a previous attempt to grow grass.

BEAUTIFUL! Your space is beautiful! I have both a deck and a screen porch and have such a hard time keeping the deck pretty because we have trees so close! (I tell my friends I live in a tree house.) Leaves fall on the deck constantly and they make black stain...keeping it blown off is a constant chore! I would love to at least cover it!
