A Country Living Fair Find and a Transfer Method

I found a great solution to creating your own hanging planter at the Country Living Fair. The woman that sold these (and I didn't get her name) had them in all sizes. It is a great way to turn an ordinary terra cotta pot into a beautiful gift.
I painted my pot with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint then added the transfer. You can see how to create the transfer on the blog today.
The transfer has been sealed for protection against the elements and looks gorgeous!
The plant securely hangs from any outdoor hook. I gave mine to my parents for their Anniversary. The B initial in the center of the image was added later.
