Footboard + Coffee Table = Bench

I have lots of beds right now. I needed to find a way to use this footboard so I decided to marry it with a coffee table and some other parts to create a bench. If you want to build a bench but don't want to do too much "building" this is the way to go. Find a sturdy coffee table and get to work.
Here is the footboard sitting on the coffee table...just to show you what I started with.
I cut the legs off the footboard and attached it to the coffee table. In this case I used my kreg jig. I also added some arms I had from a chair that was taken apart.
Painted in peacok and sealed with artisian outdoor clear coat, this bench is going to be a new addition to a customers front porch.
