Spa Bathroom

$250.00
I'm back with another room reveal today, and it feels go-uh-ood. Working our way through this house, and finishing up spaces is the best feeling. And, the best part about finishing up the guest bathroom was that it was all set for our out-of-town guests to use this past weekend, and upcoming week.
Here is the before
I gel stained the vanity using General Finishes Java Gel Stain, Updated the floor with grouted vinyl tiles and painted the walls "Rainwater" by Martha Stewart (Home Depot)
We framed out the mirror using 1x3s, painted white.
The "window" mirror was a garage sale find, and the tank basket is from Target. It's perfect for tissue and a few rolls of toilet paper.
I picked up this cute little succulent for $3 and planted it in a clear dollar store candle holder.
Crisp white details really add to the spa feeling in this space.
We used a $10 hook board from Ikea for towels.
The whole makeover came to about $250.00 and we absolutely love it! We would love to update the counter, sink, faucet and backplash tile, but that is a future project.

Lori Jackson on Jul 14, 2014I would love to more about the flooring. A couple of folks have mentioned these groutable tiles. Were you able to put them over the old flooring?
