Repurposed Industrial Metal Stand Party Table

Found, industrial metal base turned party table!
It all started with the factory base that a friend found curbside. I sanded it down a good bit to know some rust off and to bring back some metal sheen.
I took some scrap treated lumber that I had left from another project and cut it to fit the top. I then torched it to bring out the grain of the wood more.

As you can see, I also had to make three custom foot pads because three legs were shorter than the fourth.

In the center of each side, I mounted a bottle opener to keep the party rolling.
I've got lot of yardsticks so I used four (stacked two high to fit the height) in the center to give it some more character.
The top wood was bolts on with inset holes to bring on more of the industrial look.
Finally I clearcoat the whole piece a few times so it would survive any weather that might strike a good party. This piece is built to last!

Measurements: 23" tall; 23" wide; 26" deep.
