What plant/weed is this?

This is the first year I've seen this type of leaf and I don't know what it is but apparently it really likes my backyard which is very shady; it's popping up everywhere. Does anyone know what it is?

Might be wrong but looks like poison ivy? Try looking at google images to see if the poison ivy on there looks like this.

Poison ivy rule I remember. Leaves of three let it be. It does resemble poison ivy,just hard to see if the leaves cluster in threes. Happy big healthy weed uh?!

All I know for sure is it's not poison Ivy as that has smooth edges not serrated. My first thought was some sort of berry - sorry I can't be more helpful.

I think this is a baby tree too. they pull out easily when small , if you let them go it's tougher. have to pull them .

Look at the trees in your yard for leaf similarities, it took me a whole year to realize my drake elm was the generator of 40% of my weeds!!!

are there little thorns on the stems, if so could be bramble, looks similar, a nightmare to get rid of once it takes hold

I have something that looks similar to it and have still not figured out what it is. I have hydrangea and I know mine is not the same. Mine is getting rather tall, it is about 2.5-3 ft tall now (more treelike rather than bush) and there was one on the other side of the house that I dug out because it was actually under my raised central air unit.
