Bathroom Before and After
Our tiny bathroom was in a big need for a makeover. And we had to do it on a little budget! We really wanted to gut the entire thing right back to the studs and start over, but both time and budget constraints prompted us to gift it a face lift instead!

This is our one and only bathroom and we really couldn't afford to take the time to have it out of commission for any length of time. So instead I stripped off all the caulking, scraped out all the grout, and of course new paint!

It was also lacking in storage. Other than a little shelf above the toilet and some storage under the vanity, we had to store most things outside the bathroom in the linen closet.
I found a set of photos that I used as a jumping off point for the colors. I knew I wanted to paint the walls white, so I could redecorate with a different color scheme when the mood strikes. But for now I am really happy with the one I choose.
It all came together quite nicely. We added beadboard wallpaper around the lower 2/3rds of the walls and painted it out white. Replacing the mirror with a proper medicine cabinet added tons of storage, both closed and open.
We added some storage options from Ikea above the toilet! Perfect for holding hand towels and some pretty things!
Instead of a towel bar, we added a series of hooks just below the photos that inspired my color scheme.

My bathroom is almost the same size...about nine inches longer and "buried" (no window) and I love what you did. I didn't see any cost on the beadboard which I want to use in mine also. Someone installed an ugly wood towel rack that needs to be pulled out of the wall and the beadboard will cover up any damage to the wall...besides it really gives some pizzazz to a small bath. Good job!
