Goodbye Old Deck! Hello Gorgeous New One!
If you love getting splinters when you walk across the floor, a rickety handle as you walked down the steps and a sagging railing then you would have really liked our old deck! But frankly, we were tired of those things. So we saved and scrimped and saved some more until we were finally able to do this! We love our new composite deck made using materials from Azek and couldn't be happier with the results!
With the addition of this new patio set the deck makeover was complete!

We are absolutely loving entertaining out here!
And we added a little casual conversation area which is where you will find me and my husband sitting most evenings having a glass of wine after the kids are in bed.
But what we are enjoying the most about this project is that we waited years to save up enough money to pay cash for this and not have any debt over it. It meant putting up with and patching the old deck much longer than we planned but it was all worth it in the end!
