Towel Hooks With Repurposed Kitchen Cupboard Door

Here is my latest project I just finished today! I am sooo happy, I have so many projects on the go right now and it is really nice to have one project 100% DONE!
I really hope you like my re-purpose project. Let me know what you think and share your ideas.
I was at my local restore a few weeks ago looking for some furniture I could makeover and I came across these hooks(shown below) or knobs, or maybe they are tie backs? Not sure what they are but I knew what they could be...TOWEL HOOKS! Perfect for my master bathroom. Only $1.00 each, what a good deal! I love my local restore I can always find cool things for my next project.
I went over to pick out a kitchen cupboard door, (they always have hundreds to choose from at the restore) and I picked out the one that would work best for my project. I settled on a solid wood door that was 30" x 11 1/2" and stained dark brown. The door only cost me $6.00.
For this project I used the following items:

Stix waterborne bonding primer

Americana Decor ~ Shalky finish (primitive color)

Americana Decor ~ Soft touch varnish

Kitchen cupboard door

5 Decorative tie backs

Paint brush

Sandpaper
