How to Make Your Own Fruit Leather

by Tessa Zundel
Whether you're growing it yourself or making use of a local source, fruit leather is a wonderful and healthy way to preserve the fruit harvest. You can use any fruit you have on hand, even bruised items. Other than that, you just need a few simple kitchen tools!
A dehydrator does make the process easier but you can also use your oven. This will quickly become a family favorite snack, if you're family is anything like mine.
Besides a knife, a blender is the only other special equipment you'll need. This process is really so simple - clean, blend, dehydrate, eat!!
Ready to become fruit leather! Forget about commercial Roll-ups; these are way better.
