Apple Chips

Apple chips are just so good, sweet, crunchy, comforting. We like to make apple butter and apple sauce with the locally grown apples. For the apple chips, however, I actually buy apples. The local ones are usually small, and chips are just so good from bigger apples.
Apple chips are very simple to make. My recipe is plain just apples, no sugar added. I also do not treat them with anything, and usually they do not turn ugly brown as one would think. They look and taste so good. The only downside is – they are gone way to fast.
I like to use a dehydrator, so the apples retain their natural goodness.
