I had been looking for a long time for just the right runners for my three pieces of bedroom furniture in the master bedroom. I was looking for three of the same runners that were made with just the right fabric, trim, colour, design, length and weren't too expensive.
I like the look of the dark blue trim against the white fabric. The beading adds a nice touch of dazzle as well as a subtle and classy flair to the runner.
After searching for some time with no success I decided to design and sew my own.
When you sew your own you can create a colour scheme to match your home decor for any room. Not only does it add a personalized decorative touch but it also protects the furniture too!
This DIY project is really easy to sew that even the hesitant or beginner sewer can have some fun creating their own.
Each runner takes a couple of hours to sew and you are just cutting and sewing straight lines!
