Fall With A Country Flair

I'm excited about the new addition to our landscape! We found this gem at a restaurant and just happened to be at the right place at the right time - the owner had just listed it for sale two weeks prior to our visit! We purchased the wagon in the front of the photo which is about 8 feet long. It will need a lot of TLC to get it back in shape since it has been out in the Wisconsin elements for years. No problem we can do it.
After: I decided to paint the wagon red. Here's the final product. It will also be great fro Christmas decorations - thinking about adding Santa and his reindeer.
This replica of a farmer's wagon needs TLC.
Before: I must admit that my husband is a John Deere fan and our decorating theme is country farm with all its charm. This is a replica of an old fashioned buck board with authentic wheels. We will be purchasing it to add a new element to our landscape. I will use it to stage seasonal displays of flowers and whimsical displays.
Fall is beginning to show its colors here in Wisconsin.
I may add a scarecrow. What do you think?
I finished my Fall arrangement for the front porch yesterday and I'm calling it done for the Fall decorating - at least for the outside of the house.
