Purple verbena
I love this plant in front of the Hydrangea. I would love it even more if it would fall outside the retaining wall instead of spreading inside the flowerbed. What can I do to train it to fall outside the wall? That's my last question for today. I promise.

take some small sticks or something decorative and use them to guide the plant to the front of the retaining wall. Verbena spread in all directions and since it loves this spot, you are going to have to use something to contain it to the front. good luck and hope this helps.
