    Another night owl. Thanks Douglas. I thought maybe it was native because the bloom is smaller than the one that I had purchased in So Cal. Now if I can just find a Sassafras tree on my property I would be a happy camper.

    Carol...if you really want sassafras, I can get you one...I dont have any at my house, I dont care for it myself, but I know where some is and they have plenty of it growing wild and wouldnt mind giving it up!
