I've Got the World on a Dresser

Last fall, a couple of friends and I ventured to The District Flea in Washington, DC. We found some great treasures and one of them was this pretty amazing map. I knew I had to have it!
Not long after, I found this dresser and knew that the dresser and my map belonged together. I had big plans. :)
I used Miss Mustard's Seed Milk Paint in Apron Strings. Beautiful color!
I gave the dresser three coats of the paint and waxed it with MMS Clear Wax. I did use a bonding agent so that I could control the amount of chippiness.
While the paint was drying, I called in my husband to help me. We lined up the map on the drawers. Then we used Mod Podge quite liberally. He put it on the back of the map and I covered the drawers. Then he very patiently rolled out all of the air bubbles with the rolling pin.
