Milk Paint Can Create Such a Beautiful Finish.

I used Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint in Dried Lavender to make this really boring old dresser beautiful.
The crinkling of the lacquer or shellac looks amazing with a little antiquing wax.
This color just makes me happy.
I stripped the top down to the clean wood veneer and used Liebron Black Bison Paste Wax in Walnut to stain and finish the top. Tinted waxes create a beautiful finish. The color of this one reminds me of Pecan more than Walnut, but it is beautiful!
I like using wallpaper on the bottom of the drawers. It gives such a smooth finish.
Isn't this just lovely?I'm told this look is called SHAGREEN.
I think the combination of color here is gorgeous.
