A Couple Living Room Updates

Our living room has become one of my absolute favorite spaces in this house. This is where we spend the majority of our time together at home, and I feel like we've got the big items figured out, finally.
Most recently, we added this amazing coffee table from World Market. It was a complete fluke that I happened to log on to their website two weekends ago and find this beauty that is just perfect for us, and it was 50% off because they are discontinuing it.
It is the exact look we have been searching high and low for, and the price made us pull the trigger right away. It's a great improvement from the Ikea Lack table we've had for about 5 years or so.
The other update to this space is in the form of 4 new throw pillows that I made myself! You may have seen some sneak peaks of these in the last week, if you follow me on Instagram (erinacolburn).
I found a tutorial from Courtenay at The Creekline House and ordered some of the fabric and pillow forms that she mentioned in her post. I also followed her tutorial and it works like a charm, and I am not a great sewer.
I made each pillow in about 10 minutes and the fabric and forms were pretty inexpensive. Each pillow came in around $16 (plus I have extra fabric).
They add exactly what I want to the space and it's nice to feel like our very large sofa is finally pulled together.
I want to add something to the coffee table, but I haven't found the perfect fit quite yet. We'll get there...
Here are some other shots I took of the space. I just love how it has all come together in the last 2.5 years; it feels very "us".
