Thrift Store Find

I bought this sideboard at the thrift store a few years ago. Today I started to work on it.
I started to strip it down only to realize the top was not the tiger wood I thought it was.
I had to paint the top, and with that had to paint the doors. The trim I stained it in ebony. I do like the natural look of the tiger wood but thought I would make this piece have a little more modern look to it.
I think it turned out pretty good. In this picture it looks a little darker then it really is. Not to bad for a great foyer piece, or in the dinning area.
