Easy Scrapbooking Paper Wreath

Got lots of scrapbooking paper in your stash? Why not make a wreath! It is super easy to do..and the fun part is that you could use any paper that matches the season!
I used the thinner double-sided paper from Walmart because it is much easier to work with than the more expensive brands. You will also need a cake round or cardboard cut in a circle, tape, and a hot glue gun. You will also need a strip of burlap for the rose in the center.
1. Draw intersecting lines to find the center of your cardboard.

2. Create 24 or so cones i two sizes using DOUBLE-SIDED paper, securing them with tape, The dimensions for the cones may be found on my blog (link below)

3. Glue the cones at four sides for starters to keep them straight.

4. Complete the outer layer of cones.

5. Add the layer of smaller cones.
Finish the wreath with a burlap rose (link to the tutorial on my blog below) and taaa daa! The fun part is that you can use seasonal paper to create wreaths for special occasions and holidays!
