This just hit the news - thought it might interest anyone who loves Tuscany and loves remodeling jobs. -

lol - yeah, but the Tuscan countryside is so beautiful. I've traveled a lot through Europe and Tuscany sure is one stunning place. Yeah, I guess we can all dream :)

Oh yeah SURE Hometipster! I'll just get right on that!! LOL Shouldn't take more than . . . . . and a few mil or euros or whatever the currency is in Italy!! Oh, actually I DO have a headstart. I have a birdhouse I'm working on and I called it my Italian Villa - pistachio shells for roof tiles and drywall compund stucco finish!! ;~) -
Hi Susan - Yeah, it is a little bit expensive at $3.5m but after than comes the cost of renovating 25 buildings and that's going to hurt the pocketbook lol. I love the sound of your Bird House. If you like take some photos and I'll write an article on. I love anything creative. Have a great day
