Pool Deck Maintenance: About 2 months ago I sealed my stamped concrete pool deck using Luster Seal 300 non-yellowing

sealing product. This product was recommended my the company that installed the concrete pool deck. Some areas around the pool are now appearing as powdery white or chalky looking. Should I apply a second coat?

Sometimes, it can look as though the seal is completely gone, but the product is in the surface pores of the concrete and may only need a simple "solvent wash" to pull the cure and seal back to the surface and bring the gloss back to life. A solvent wash is done by rolling xylol onto the concrete with a roller. This will re-wet any seal in and on the concrete surface, bring it back to the surface and make it glossy again.
