wonder if you use the paper bag on camper floors.
Redoing floors in camper. Don't know if it would work,being u move camper a lot.

Paper bag floors are a novelty item. There ability to resist wear is entirely dependent upon the amount of time, effort, quality of floor they are placed upon and the amount of poly you place on top. Campers are not an ideal location to do these floors. With flexing of the floor, even if you do not feel it under your feet the poly will eventually begin to crack allowing any moisture that is brought into the camper to seep into the paper below. Also just the amount of traffic on the small footprint that the floor has will wear down the poly surface quickly. I suggest you use a vinyl floor, tile or sheet type or a click and lock wood system. Just remember any wood floor type will add a LOT of weight to the camper, reducing the amount of items you can place in it when you travel.

Since a camper has so little floor space, I would pick a very good grade of vinyl and install that! The widest point can't be over 8' and then just the length!

Because we camp in all kinds of weather(think 4 season), I use scrap carpeting I get at the carpet remnant store. We replace it about every 2 1/2 to 3 years, but it keeps the camper much warmer than just the vinyl alone, which is the underlayment..
