Good Morning my Beauties! After a summer spent painting the house the patio could no longer be ignored. It looked awful up against the new beautiful fresh paint. Something had to be done. So I grabbed a roller and some patio paint along with a stencil and got to work. Check out the transformation!
Come see how I transformed our old dirty worn out patio with some Paint from +Valspar Paint and a good old stencil.

Good Morning my Beauties! I have a fun little makeover for you this Monday! I have wanted to make over the patio for so long and once the house had finished being painted the patio stuck out like a sore thumb. I really didn't want to start another project but we were having some very MILD weather and it had to be done so I just had to buck up and do it!
This was the before...now you know why it stuck out like a sore thumb against the freshly painted house. The patio has seen YEARS and years of wear and tear. It had tons of pitted spots and lots of stains and mildew.
The first thing I had to do was power wash and scrub the whole thing .

I love this look, it went from cheap to very classy. I would like to try this on my carport. You mentioned a Mylar Floor Stencil, where would I be able to purchase this? Is there a certain time of year this should be done? I live in FL. Also when it rains here it rains, and there are times when my car port is under water, will this paint hold up to that? I'm so excited that I can change plain to fancy and you make it look fairly easy.
