U-Spray Do-it-Yourself Pest control in Lilburn - great resource

As an active contractor, HandyANDY is forever running into bug & termite situations on our projects. Metro Atlanta didn't get cold enough this winter so termites and carpenter ants are EVERYWHERE this year. We're currently on an exterior paint and repair project in Windward (Alpharetta) and discovered live termites in several locations around the perimeter of the house. The house had poorly caulked masonite siding....basically cardboard and the termites LOVE this stuff. It didn't help that the client has used a "big-name" highly advertised window company to replace all of their windows 2 years back....and no one bothered to caulk any of the windows. Whenever it rained, the moisture go into the trim & framing around the windows, rotting it out and giving a great home to ants & termites.
HandyANDY gets the chemicals we need fro U-spray on Highway 78 in Liburn/stone Mountain. These guys have been helping us for years. They are extremely knowledgable and will go out of their way to help you with their problem. Here, we will be using their product to spot treat the invested areas and then drill & trench around the perimeter to treat the whole house. HandyANDY will provide a 10-year warranty against any termite damage.
If you happen to have rotted wood, siding or trim in metro Atlanta...think HandyANDY!

  • Sure...these clients had a decorative concrete pad installed all around the perimeter of the house and whoever did it did not treat the soil for termites. The main house appears to have never been treated. We will come back and drill & treat the entire perimeter of the house including the decorative pad. We can then bond the job for 10 years. Anyone with pest control needs who'd like to tackle it themselves can use U-Spray for great advice and service.
