@Burco Is this made out of Fiberglass or is it concrete? I was originally thinking it stil had a layer of Saren wrap on top cause it was so shiny...then looked more closely and realized it didn't...how in the world did you get it to have such a slick surface?

Very different! I love new ideas even if I will never incorporate them into my traditional house. I have lived with traditional all my life and love it...but would jump at the idea of a futuristic house in a heartbeat! I have loved Frank Lloyd Wright from the first time I saw one of his houses back in the 60's....only thing...you do not see them in real life! Great job...I am sure they will sell big!

@Sharon, it is concrete. lots of practice is how i get a shiny surface

@ Cynthia, It can be made to any dimension someone wanted. This one is 22"x48"

No seams to contend with...great idea. Cleanup should be quick and easy. This would be a great place to give a newborn baby a bath, also.

This might look good as a water feature in a garden.

The challenge will be finding a faucet that can "reach over" those wide sides to put the water in the basin part....

The faucet is easy, if you wanted it on the vanity its made to accommodate for a faucet on the side or in the back. The back dips in to allow for a very small faucet or a large faucet, as does the side. Or if someone wanted to do it like i did my sink (in my profile picture) you can run the faucet out of the wall and float the vanity.

What a beautiful sink. I would love to have this in my bathroom. The free form shape is so relaxing.

Thanks Bonnie, I love this sink too, it does have a relaxing feel to it. I made the form by hand from clay, then i made a master mold from the clay that can be reused. These are going to be offered in custom sizes & standard sizes with or without the base. I really dont think i am going to do different colors, just different variations of the blue. Because its concrete no two will be same.

It looks translucent, how did you accomplish that with concrete?

You may be seeing the color gradually getting lighter as it gets to the top. I made it to look like water as it gets shallower, it gets lighter.
