I always run some hot water in the sink and put alittle bit of auto dishwash in the water dip the flowers move them around a bit rise and let dry. And if you can't pick them up then use the hair dryer

I put them in a bag with corn meal (small handfull) and shake vigorously!

I use an air compressor to blow the dust off, one section at a time. My arrangement is huge, and I don't want to disturb it, as there is no way I could ever make it look beautiful again.
